1. Overview

Daw-Timizer PRO+ is software published by Andy Prinz Publishing, Binz-Maur, Switzerland. This policy describes data related to the website and the desktop application.

2. Website

This marketing site is delivered as static pages. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar trackers on these pages.

3. Application — License Activation

When you activate a license, data required for validation may be sent to our payment/license provider (Polar.sh), such as license key, a machine fingerprint (not intended to identify you personally), and OS/app version. This is used to enforce the two-machine limit and maintain your license.

4. Purchase Data

Payments are processed by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. Polar collects payment details and your email. We do not receive your full card data. See Polar's Privacy Policy.

5. Telemetry

Daw-Timizer does not collect usage analytics, crash telemetry, or upload your scan results. Scan and system data stay on your machine except where license validation communicates with Polar as described above.

6. Local Storage

License data may be stored locally on your PC (for example under your user profile / application data) using OS-provided protection. Exact paths may vary by version; consult in-app documentation for details.

7. Cookies

We do not use non-essential cookies on this site.

8. Your Rights

Where applicable (e.g. Swiss nDSG, GDPR), you may have rights to information, correction, deletion, or objection. For privacy requests, contact [email protected]. License and purchase data held by Polar can often be managed through your Polar account.
